people's preconceived ideas about furniture construction and
modern living environments.
The Heart-Shaped Cone Chair's introduction in 1958 was a
stunning realization of Panton's vision. Its bold color and
dramatic shape pre-dated the "Pop Art" of the sixties
and fueled the trend towards challenging established,
conventional forms of social interaction.

Materials: Fiberglass and metal frame on swivel base upholstery
in foam and fiberfill covering is 70% wool, 30% polyamide
